ÈTRE 31 is committed to Sustainable Fashion • Custom Made to Order Goods that eliminate overstock & all the waste preventing wasted garments, dye and plastics.  We are committed to eco-friendly sustainable fashion, so your order is made when we receive the order by hand in the United States. 

We take pride in creating sustainable fashion pieces that are made to order with utmost care and attention to detail. If you encounter any defects in the item you purchased, please follow the steps below to initiate a refund or replacement.  Note that since each print is made by hand there are some slight differences in each print which should be expected when items are made by hand.  These are generally not considered defects.  However, if you are unhappy please follow the instructions below and we will do everything we can to make you a happy customer.

1. Photograph the Defective Item: Take a clear photo of the defective item that clearly shows the issue.

2. Provide a Description of the Problem: Along with the photo, please provide a detailed description of the defect. This will help us better understand the issue and ensure a prompt resolution.

3. Indicate Your Preference: Let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund for the defective item.  Replacements and refunds will always include something to let you know we value your time and appreciate giving us a chance to resolve the issue.

4. Please note that since each piece is hand made to order, we do not accept returns unless there is a clear defect in the product. Since all products are hand made to order there are slight variations in each print.  ÈTRE 31 is a brand that produces one-of-a-kind items so each item will have some slight variances in the product.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain our commitment to sustainability.
