Please keep in mind it can take some time to ship your product depending upon the season, item and time it takes to produce it. Each item is made for you and features the ÈTRE 31 woven logo sewn on every item.  All items are made in the U.S. unless otherwise stated and not made until you order them.   

Items may ship within a week after order but in some cases may take up to 6 weeks to ship.    Please understand that this project is a charity and all our employees are volenteer. 

What you are ordering isn't mass produced and is slightly unique as it is made by hand in the US.  

As always shipping is always free.   

We do not refund orders based on lengthy shipping times.
